Inclusion Winnipeg believes high quality supports result in a higher quality of life for people who use direct support services. Our training events promote the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for employees in the direct service industry to perform at a level of excellence in their jobs.

We offer training workshops in professional development for direct support professionals and supervisory staff in residential/day programs, educators and school teams and community development staff. These workshops benefit anyone who is interested in enhancing personal competency and understanding of support practices required to remain current in the field of community support. Training may also be of interest to families and care-providers.
